YOUR OCD-VIRGO BESTIE … HERE TO SORT YOUR CHAOS

I'm that friend who comes to your house for a coffee and notices your spice rack isn't in alphabetical order. Eww.

I clock the blonde hair on the floor — but I know you dyed your hair Moccachino Brown three Tuesdays ago, so obviously it's been there a while. I won't tell you off about it (to your face).

But I'll definitely fix it for you while you're in the bathroom.

It's a Virgo thing. We don't mean to notice. We just do. And once we've noticed, we get major eye twitch until it's sorted.

A white cat wearing sunglasses and a maroon blazer sitting on a pink sofa, holding a glass of martini with three olives

"Mm-hmM… I can already tell why you've come."

So imagine what I notice when I take a look at your business admin.

The typo in your enquiry email subject line. The three different sign-offs across your sequence. The "automatic" email sitting in drafts since March. The workflow you started in Studio Ninja and abandoned by step two.

I won't tell you off about it (much).

I'll just fix it.

HERE’S WHATS GOING ON IN YOUR BUSINESS

A person with a cat's head, wearing a plaid shirt, sitting at a cluttered desk with cameras and printed photos, in a room with a bookshelf, potted plants, and a computer displaying a wedding photo.

“BRO, I’M TOO GEMINI FOR THIS”

You're brilliant at what you do. Your couples adore you. You're booked out.

And yet…

You're rewriting the same enquiry email for the 47th time this year.

You can't remember if you replied to the couple from Wednesday about the thing.

You've got Studio Ninja open in a tab you've been meaning to "sort out properly" since February.

You’re asking every couple the same questions and just keeping random info…. somewhere…?

You know it should be easier. You've been meaning to fix it for ages, and look, you could probably figure it out.

But you haven't. Honey, this is one problem that actually CAN be solved by throwing some money at it and going to watch Housewives.

I do get it. You're busy doing the job you love.

You don't have brain space left for admin architecture.

Good news.

sorting that shit is my idea of a good time.

What i do
(and do well)

I build the client experience that runs underneath your business.

Every email your couples receive.

Every reminder, every form, every follow-up, every touchpoint.

named properly. Sequenced properly. Sent on time. Written in your voice.

When we're done, 90% of your admin is clicking send.

who i work with

Solo wedding vendors who:

  • Are genuinely brilliant at what they do — the talent was never the problem

  • Are busy enough that "I'll sort it later" has become a personality trait

  • Have the budget to fix this once, fix it properly, and never think about it again

  • Are ready to hand over the keys and actually let me drive

  • Won't ghost me halfway through the build — I need you to answer my questions, which is ironic, I'm aware

If that's you — keep reading.

What this is (and what it isn’t)

this is

  • Building the workflow your business runs on.

  • Designing the client journey from enquiry to wave-off.

  • Making every touchpoint with your clients (and your leads) feel cared-for, on-brand, and effortless.

  • Setting up the systems that make 90% of your admin happen automatically.

this isn’t

If you need someone to make the leads you've already got, and the clients you've already booked, feel like they are your only client — from the moment they enquire to the moment you say toodle-oo — that's me.

  • Business strategy.

  • Marketing strategy.

  • Sales funnels.

  • Lead generation.

  • Newsletter content.

  • Social media.

  • Generic Templates

  • Anything that lives outside the client experience itself.

  • If you need someone to help you get more leads — that's not me.

2 non-negotiables

I WORK WITH STUDIO NINJA AND FLODESK ONLY

That's the stack everything I build runs on. It's how I keep the work tight and the turnaround fast. If you're not on either yet, no dramas — we'll get you set up. If you're locked into Dubsado, HoneyBook or Mailchimp and not willing to switch, I'm sadly not your girl. I know my tools inside out. I'm not faking knowledge of yours.

When we're working together, my whole brain is on your business. Your inbox is what I'm thinking about in the shower. The trade-off is you need to be in it with me — in the work, I mean, not in the shower. When my brain's deep in your system I move fast — and slow replies break the flow. If you go quiet, I have to set you aside and pick up the next person while I wait. Restarting takes time we don't have.

I TAKE ONE CLIENT AT A TIME

Don't dilly dally on me. We're doing this properly.

Services

ie - What's it going to take to make this someone else's problem? (Me. I'm someone else.)

A white cat wearing sunglasses, a pearl necklace, and a burgundy suit jacket, sitting in an airplane seat and holding a glass of champagne with clouds visible outside the window.

"A work flow map is the blueprint of your entire client journey. You map it before you build it — we don't do chaos here, Honey. Map, approve, build. In that order."

the price of sanity

Pay in full, or split it.

  • 2 payments — 50% to lock in your slot (non-refundable), 50% on approval of your final copy

  • 3 payments — 40% to lock in your slot (non-refundable), 30% mid-build, 30% on approval of your final copy (available on the two bigger packages)

Here's how it runs: first payment locks in your slot and is non-refundable. We do the work. You approve the final copy. You pay the final balance. I install everything into your accounts. Done.

Because this is a digital service, there are no refunds once work has begun. That said, I work hard to make sure every client is properly looked after — if something's not landing right during the build, we talk about it and fix it. That's what the revision rounds are for.

Two cats dressed as bride and groom in a luxurious wedding setting

“So you can actually just write it off”

“But who pays for it?”

“I don’t know…the write off people?”

Shit, that's a lot of money.

I know. It's also a crap-tonne of work you haven't done yet — and, let's be honest, probably never will.

So make it my problem instead.

Go get a pina colada, let me sort the whole lot out, and we'll never speak of it again.

Plus, it's tax deductible. basically free really.

how it works

1. Fill in my intro questionnaire. Free, ten minutes, no faffing. Be brutally honest — I can't fix a mess you're too embarrassed to show me, and trust me, I've seen worse. Probably.

2. Within 24 hours, you'll get my verdict. My correct opinion on where you're at, which package you need, what it'll cost, and my next available slot. No fluff, no sales-y waffle — just the truth and a plan.

3. You decide. If you're in, I'm thrilled — lock your slot in with your first payment and let's go. If you're not ready to hand the chaos over, that's completely fine — just don't come crying to me about your inbox next month. When you're ready, you know where I am.

4. We build. Two to four weeks, depending on the package. Probably sooner if my brain decides it wants to go on a bender. Your one job: answer my questions properly and on time. That's the whole ask. I'll handle everything else — you stay out of my way and let me cook.

5. You approve, then pay your final balance. Sign off on the final copy, I send the invoice, we're square. Painless.

6. Install day. I'm in your accounts setting the entire thing up while you go do literally anything more fun. Which is most things. By the end of the day it's live, it's yours, and it's quietly running itself like the grown-up business you always pretended you had.

7. Thirty days of free support. Anything pops up, just email — I've got you. After that, new flows, tweaks and add-ons are paid, per task. Your business will grow and you'll want them — and I'm right here whenever you do. We're not breaking up — I'm just no longer free.

who am I

(…and why am i like this?)

I'm Jamie. Seven years shooting weddings across Perth and Margaret River, 16 years running my own businesses solo — long enough to be great at the job and have experienced being buried by the admin. And long enough to know I'm not alone: every vendor at every wedding has the same complaint. We're all drowning in the same stuff.

I used to think "workflow" was the most insufferable corporate jargon word going — right up there with circle back and touch base offline. Then I sorted mine out. Now watching an email send itself at exactly the right moment gives me a right tickle. Darls, I am a convert.

What actually made me start WOWFlows was planning my own wedding. I was so used to firing off polished, personalised replies to my couples within seconds that I was floored by what landed in my inbox as a bride. Vendors I knew were brilliant took days to reply — if they replied at all — and almost no one followed up. Ever.

I walked away from two venues I was ready to book — deposit in hand — because they never followed up with me. That's $20k+ each, gone, off a single enquiry. Meanwhile, couples were booking me after my sixth follow-up, simply because I was the one vendor who made their life easy. Couples have told me so many times that I was their only vendor who made them feel looked after throughout the process. Pretty good for me but bloody sad for them. Truth is, I probably spend the least time on them than any other vendor but they don’t know that because workflows are my bitch.

So anyway, I built WOWFlows to finally sort you all out. I was done watching talented people burn out on the part of the business that has nothing to do with why they started — and I happen to be very good at that part. I even enjoy it. (Yes, I know. We've established I'm a Virgo.)

I take one client at a time, so you get my full focus. I move fast, I don't do small talk or faffing, and I'll tell you what your business actually needs — not what you want to hear. That's the only way you end up with something that works.

And the Virgo in me? My love language is acts of service. I love hard and forever, and I show it by sorting your shit out and making your life easier.

Your work is brilliant. Your business should run like it.

I'm Flo — the fluffy one. Part bestie, part menace. Brutally honest, impossibly chic, and right about everything. I don't do small talk, phone calls, or doing things manually.

I'm the face of the WOWFlows socials, where I'll be educating mere mortals on how to make their lives as easy — and as fabulous — as mine.

You're welcome in advance.
